摘　　要： 本文运用文献研究法、问卷调查法和统计分析法,通过对144名旅游管理专业实习生的问卷调查,并利用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析,探析了影响旅游管理专业实习生工作满意度的5大因素,包括工作本身、领导行为、人际关系、个人发展和薪酬待遇,并提出了相应的解决对策,对企业人力资源管理具有一定的启发和借鉴。 By using methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper probes into five influencing factors about tourism management trainees' work satisfaction,based on a questionnaire of 144 tourism management trainees and data analysis by SPSS.The five influencing factors are work,leadership behavior,interpersonal relationship,individual development and salary welfare.Then the paper proposes corresponding countermeasures,hoping to draw certain inspirations and lessons for human resources management of enterprises.
