摘　　要： 社会治理强调的是多元、冲突与互动,多元是指运动过程中的主体多元,冲突是指因碰撞而产生的对立和矛盾,互动是指因接触而产生的融通与共识。从作用于档案实践的不同因素出发,将档案思维分为专业型和拓展型,前者意为档案专业知识在档案实践领域应用过程中产生的方式方法和思想逻辑,后者是非档案专业知识或其与档案专业知识融合后在档案实践领域应用过程中产生的方式方法和思想逻辑。深入社会治理的视角,发现多元冲突和多元互动分别是专业型档案思维与拓展型档案思维发展的关键动力,尝试为档案思维力建设提供新的路径。 Social governance emphasizes pluralism,conflict and interaction.Pluralism refers to the plurality of subjects in the process of movement.Conflict refers to the opposition and contradiction arising from collision.Interaction refers to the accommodation and consensus arising from contact.Starting from the different factors affecting archival practice,this paper divides archival thinking into professional thinking and expansive thinking.The former means the way and logic of archival expertise in the application of archival practice,while the latter means the way and logic of archival expertise in the application of non-archival expertise or its integration with archival expertise in the field of archival practice.From the perspective of social governance,it is found that Pluralistic conflicts and Pluralistic Interaction are respectively the key driving forces for the development of professional thinking and expansive thinking,and try to provide a new way for archives thinking construction.
