摘　　要： 档案公共服务体系作为档案馆着力构建的面向公众的服务体系,是公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,也是完善国家公共服务体系的必要步骤。从理论层面对公共服务体系、公共文化服务体系和档案公共服务体系做一个系统梳理,为突显档案公共服务体系的重要性和构建档案公共服务体系的必要性及社会价值奠定基础。在国家大力推进治理体系和治理能力现代化的背景下,牢固社会治理理论的核心思想,充分借鉴其优势优点,推动档案公共服务体系的发展。 The public service system of archives which faces the public is an important part of the public cultural service system,and it is also a necessary step to improve the national public service system.In order to highlight the importance and the necessity of the public service system,we sort out the public service system,the public cultural service system and the public service system of archives on the theoretic level.Learn from the core idea of social governance,and promote the development of archives public service system under the background of vigorously promoting the modernization of governance system and governance capacity.
