摘　　要： 论文针对"四互"、"一建"民办高职教师党支部创新建设的研究,将从教师党支部工作创新建设概述入手,对目前民办高职教师党支部建设的现状及问题进行分析。最后,论文提出进一步加强民办高职教师党支部创新建设的具体措施。希望论文的研究,能为加强各院校教师党支部队伍建设的创新思路提供参考性建议。 This article based on the research of ＂Four Mutual＂and ＂One Construction＂innovation construction of private higher vocational teacher＇s party branch, from the concept of innovation construction of teacher＇s party branch, analyzes the status and the problems of party construction work of private higher vocational teacher＇s party branch. Finally, paper puts forward the concrete measures for further improving the party construction work of private higher vocational teacher＇s party branch, hoping this study can provide reference for the innovation thought of strengthen each colleges＇ teacher＇s party branch.
