摘　　要： 广东地处发展与改革的前沿。广东地方立法以国家妇女权益保障立法为根据,紧跟国际妇女权益保护规约,首次从法律上明确性别平等的内涵,采取一系列有效行动或措施促进妇女发展和性别平等,具体细化和执行妇女参政议政权、工作权、婚姻家庭权益、财产权益等保障规定,同时,广东地方立法突破国家立法,出台保护妇女权益的诸多创新性法律规定,推动我国妇女权益保护的发展。 Guandong is located in the forefront areas of social and economic development and reform in Chi- na. Legislation in Guandong is based on national legislation and closely follows international conventions in protec- ting women~ rights and interests. It has clarified the connotation of gender equality for the first time in history and has adopted a series of effective actions and measures to promote women~ development and gender equality. In ad- dition, it has specified and enforced the protection regulations on women~ rights and interests on participation in political affairs, right of employment, marriage and family interests, and property rights. Furthermore, by breaking the constraints of national legislation, local legislation in Guandong has announced numerous innovative rules to promote the development of women~ rights and interests protection in China.
