摘　　要： 企业要在日趋激烈的市场竞争中获得长久的竞争优势,培育核心竞争力是其根本任务。在知识经济条件下,培育企业核心竞争力的关键是知识管理,而知识管理的核心是知识创新。 The cultivation of core competitiveness is very important for an enterprise to survive and develop in today＇s increaingly competitive market.In the context of knowledge economy,the key to promoting core competitiveness of an enterprise is knowledge management,while the core of knowledge management is knowledge innovation.
