摘　　要： 本文从三个方面讨论了企业跨国经营与国际化战略 :一、环境变化与企业的对应战略 ;二、经营资源的活用与分配 ;三。 This article discusses about the strategy on the transnational management in the enterprises and the internationalization in three aspects: (i) the change of the circumstance and the corresponding strategy taken by the enterprises; (ii) the practical use of and the distribution of the management resource; and (iii) the transnational management and the internationalization.
