摘　　要： 发展低碳经济是实现经济可持续发展的必由之路。世界产业发展趋势在于走低能耗、低污染和低排放之路。我国也在积极发展低碳经济,并进行相关产业的转型升级。作为广东省优势传统产业的纺织业也面临着转型升级问题。本研究通过分析证实广东省纺织业属于高碳产业,且处于产业生命周期的衰退期。广东省纺织业要实现由高碳行业向低碳行业的转型,就必须依靠战略性新兴产业的带动作用,加强广东省电子信息产业对纺织业的渗透和耦合。同时,必须同步推进广东省纺织业产业链延伸和价值链提升来延长和改变其衰退期。 Developing low- carbon economy is the inevitable course for achieving sustainable development of economy. Low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission are the direction of industrial development for every country. China is also vigorous for the development of low - carbon economy, and is making the transformation and upgrading of related industries. The textile industry, which is one of Guangdong＇ s advantageous industries, is facing the problems of transformation and up- grading. This paper has confirmed that Guangdong＇ s textile industry is a high - carbon industry in the recession. Guangdong＇ s textile industry which wants to realize the transition from high carbon industry to low carbon industry must rely on the leading role of strategic emerging industry and strengthen the penetration and coupling of Guangdong＇ s electronic information industry on the textile industry, and meanwhile, it must promote the extension of industry chain and the prolongation of value chain to change its recession.
