摘 要: 本研究采用《积极心理品质量表》《大学新生适应性量表》《大学生人际关系综合诊断量表》和《自我意识量表》对307名大学生进行问卷调查,研究大学生积极心理品质发展现状及人口学差异,并探讨心理品质与新生适应、人际困扰、自我意识的关系.结果发现,大学生发展最好的5项心理品质是公正、感恩、欣赏美丽与卓越、正直、爱,发展最弱的五项是自律、谦虚、洞察力、勇敢、精神信仰.积极心理品质在性别、专业、是否独生、生源地上均有显著差异.积极心理品质与新生适应、自我意识存在显著正相关,与人际困扰存在显著负相关.新生适应和自我意识对积极心理品质具有显著正向预测效应,累积解释度达40. 7%. This study samples 307 students to conduct a questionnaire survey on Values in Action Inventory of Strengths,College Student Adaptability Inventory,the College Students Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale and the Self-consciousness Scale.This paper studies the development status of college students character strengths and demographic differences,and explore the relationship between psychological quality and freshmen adaptation,interpersonal distress,and Self-consciousness.The results show that the five best character strengths of college students are fairness,gratitude,appreciation of beauty and excellence,authenticity,and love.The five weakest character strengths are self-regulation,modesty/humility,perspective,bravery,and religiousness/spirituality.Character strengths is significantly different in gender,major,only-child status,and student origin.Character strengths is significantly positively correlated with freshmen s adaptation and self-consciousness,and significantly negatively correlated with interpersonal distress.Freshmen s adaptation and self-consciousness have a significant positive predictive effect on character strengths,with a cumulative interpretation of 40.7%.
