高校青年教师人才成长与培育路径探析

摘  要: 对高校青年教师人才成长与培育路径进行探析。青年教师成长路径主要包括扎实提高专业与教学水平,积极探索教学新方法,充分利用课外交流提升自我,规划好个人职业生涯发展。青年教师应积极参与听课,虚心向有经验的教师请教,经常与教研室的其他教师交流。青年教师可以积极探索和实践典型案例教学法,引导学生寻求解决问题的基本思想和方法,产生良好的互动与教学效果。指导教师与青年教师除了相互听课以外,还应该经常交流,相互之间有探讨,有争论,有统一。青年教师应发挥自身科研能力强的优势,做好职业生涯发展规划,进一步发挥学历优势。要充分发挥青年教师优势促成长,如展现文学才华,展现多才多艺,参加教学竞赛。青年教师成长的培育在于充分发挥指导教师的作用,利用各种机会提升自己,积极参与课题研究,建立长效指导机制。 The research explores the talent development and training pathway of young university teachers.Development pathway of young teachers includes solidly improving professional and teaching level,actively exploring new teaching method,fully utilizing extracurricular communication to improve oneself,and well planning individual career development.Young teachers should actively participate to listen classes,modestly consult the experienced teachers,and frequently communicate with other teachers in the teaching and research office.Young teachers can actively explore and practice typical case teaching method,guide students,and find the basic teaching and method to solve problems to create good interaction and teaching effect.Except for listening to each others’class,faculty advisers and young teachers should communicate frequently,and discuss together.There should be controversy and unification.Young teachers should play the role of the advantages of their scientific and research capacity,do well in career development planning,and further play education background.Advantages of young teachers should be fully played to promote their development,such as the display of literacy talent and versatility,and the attendance of teaching competition.The training of the development of young teachers lies in the full play of the role of faculty advisers,the improvement of oneself through using various opportunities,active participation in research project,and the establishment of long-acting guidance mechanism.
