摘　　要： 推进社会主义和谐社会建设必须做好各方利益的协调工作。当前中国转型时期存在着复杂的利益关系问题,推进社会主义和谐社会的建设,就必须有效地处理这些利益关系问题.必须采取加快经济和社会的发展、建立健全社会利益分配机制、加强社会保障体系建设等途径来促进社会利益的协调和整合。 Interests coordination in every aspect is indispensable to building socialist harmonious society. When China is currently experiencing social transformation, there are complicated problems interests relationship concerning. To build socialist harmonious society, we must effectively handle these interest relationship problems, accelerate economic and social development, establish a sound social interests distribution mechanism, and strengthen the construction of social security system so as to enhance the coordination and integration of social interests;
