摘 要: 利用功能性动作筛查(FMS)方法对华南理工大学田径队8名400米跑运动员进行关节功能测试,根据测试结果对低分项目开展针对性训练,之后再次测试,对比两次FMS得分情况,结果发现:过顶深蹲和跨栏步的改善效果较为明显(P<0.05),主要与训练前相应肌群的弹性不足有关。通过关节功能的改善,运动员在运动中能够更加充分调动肌肉的收缩速度,速度与耐力均有较大提高,这对改进技术和提高运动成绩具有重要意义。该研究对促进提高中国大学生运动员400米跑成绩具有一定的参考价值。 In this study,functional movement screen(FMS)test was done on the joint functions of 8 athletes in the track and field team of South China University of Technology.After targeted training at movements with lower scores,a new FMS test was conducted and the scores were compared.Results disclose that the athletes’overhead deep squat and hurdle step movements have improved more remarkably(P<0.05),which was mainly attributed to the lack of elasticity of specific muscle groups.After joint functional improvement,the athletes can fully mobilize the contraction speed of muscles in movements and substantially increase speed and endurance.It is of great significance to the technique improvement and sports performance.This study helps to fuel the advancement of 400-meter race event among Chinese university athletes.
