摘　　要： 利用因子分析提取广东省21个地级市的大中型工业企业研发效率的影响因素,发现研发效率区域差异主要来源于物质资本、人力资本和自然资本的影响。基于中间—最终产出效率视角,运用随机前沿分析方法测算广东省21个地级市的大中型工业企业的中间产出效率和最终产出效率。结合聚类分析和非参数检验对中间、最终产出效率的区域差异进行研究,结果显示:人力资本是中间产出效率区域差异的主要影响因素,物质资本是最终产出效率区域差异的主要影响因素。广东省大中型工业企业的研发效率在三类区域中差异显著,三大区域的中间产出效率不存在绝对收敛,最终产出效率存在明显的"俱乐部收敛"。三大区域的中间、最终产出效率均存在显著的条件收敛趋势。 This paper used factor analysis to pick up the influential factors of R＆D efficiency of large-medium sized industrial enterprises in 21 cities of Guangdong province, and found that R＆D efficiency is mainly impact- ed by material capital, human capital, and natural capital. Based on the intermediate-ultimate output efficiency ma- trix, this paper used stochastic frontier analysis to measure the intermediate and ultimate output efficiency of large-medium sized industrial enterprises in 21 cities of Guangdong province. Combined with cluster analysis and nonparametric test, this paper studied the regional differences of intermediate-ultimate output efficiency, and results show that the regional differences of intermediate output efficiency is mainly resulted from human capital while ul- timate output efficiency mainly from material capital. R＆D efficiency of large-medium sized industrial enterprises in Guangdong province has significant difference, and the intermediate output efficiency in the three areas has no absolute convergence, but the ultimate output efficiency is featured by typical club convergence. Intermediate-ulti- mate output efficiency in the three areas has significant conditional convergence.
