摘　　要： 中尼边境传统社会中,夏尔巴边民在历史、文化、惯习等非正式制度影响下形成的跨界婚姻具有"自然天成""习以为常"的特征,在民族国家话语下,边民这一行为选择带有法律和制度的困境。然而,边民视角的跨界婚姻是他们基于边地生活逻辑的一种优势最大化的选择,所谓的"困境"可以在两国边境治理政策差异下取得平衡,或者在边境传统社会的生活经验运用中得以化解。 In the conventionalsociety of the Sino-Nepalese boundary,the cross-country marriage formed under the influence of informal historical,cultural and habitual systems is characterized by ＂naturalness＂or ＂common practice＂. Under the nation-state discourse,this behavior of the boundary citizens has the dilemma in terms of law and system. However,the cross-country marriage in perspective of the boundary citizens is a most preferential choice based on their boundary life logic. The so-called ＂dilemma＂ can be balanced with the discrepancies of the policies of boundarygovernance between the two countries or be settled by using the life experience of the boundary conventional society.
