摘　　要： 近年来,我国的边疆研究逐渐突破"中心"—"边缘"的讨论范式,研究方法的转变肯定了"边疆本位"的价值,然而,边疆治理理念与实践中仍然缺乏对边疆建构者之一的边疆民族的关注,特别是对边境区域少数民族内心世界与行为逻辑的关注。"一带一路"背景下,重新梳理不同历史时空下中尼边境夏尔巴人的跨界流动与国家认同,以"自下而上"的视角,解读边境民族具体生活情境中的国家认同意识与跨界流动的生活逻辑,对促进我国西藏边疆治理的转型与重构,具有重要意义。 In recent years China＇s borderland studies have gradually broken through the ＂center＂- ＂margin＂ discussion paradigm,and the change of research methodology has affirmed the value of ＂borderland standard＂. However,in the theory and practice of borderland governance there is still a lack of attention to the borderland ethnic groups as one of the borderland builders,particularly the inner world and behavior logic of the borderland ethnic minorities. In the context of ＂the Belt and Road＂ initiative,it will be of great significance to the transformation and reconstruction of our country＇s governance of the Tibetan borderland to recognize the cross- border flows and national identity of the Sherpas at the Sino- Nepalese border in different temporal and spatial contexts in history,and to interpret from the bottom up the borderland ethnic groups＇ consciousness of national identity and life logic of cross- border flows in the specific living circumstances.
