摘　　要： 世界正步入知识经济占主导地位的时代。随着经济形态的变化,要求进行财务管理创新。从财务管理的创新、财务管理目标的创新、财务管理内容的创新等几个方面论述了在知识经济时代如何进行财务管理创新。 The world is marching into the times of knowledge economy.Along with the change of economic forms, it＇s necessary to innovate financial management. This paper elaborates details of financial management innovation in the knowledge economy age in terms of the innovation of financial control, the goal and content of finaicla control.
