摘 要: 校企协同育人新发展格局具有参与主体更加多元、方向上更加精准、空间上更加开放、功能上更加互补、机制上更加联动等鲜明特征。基于出场逻辑、基本逻辑、内在逻辑、现实逻辑,形成高等院校构建校企协同育人新发展格局的生成逻辑。在新形势下,需要建构服务“双循环”的校企协同育人开放体系、形成同向同行的一体化协同育人格局、创设充分激发校企协同育人活力的动力体系、依托项目式推动校企协同育人向纵深发展,从而形成构建校企协同育人新发展格局的实践路径。 The new development pattern of school-enterprise collaborative education is characterized by more diversified participants, more accurate direction, more open space, more complementary functions and more linkage in mechanism. Based on the appearance logic, basic logic, internal logic and realistic logic, the generation logic of constructing the new development pattern of school-enterprise collaborative education in colleges and universities is formed. Under the new situation, it is necessary to build an open system of school-enterprise collaborative education that serves the “dual cycle”, thus forming an integrated collaborative education pattern of the same direction, creating a dynamic system fully arousing the vigour of school-enterprise collaborative education, relying on the project pattern to promote the in-depth development of school-enterprise collaborative education, so as to form a practical path to build a new development pattern of school-enterprise collaborative education.
