摘　　要： 拓宽高校毕业生的就业门路是一条促进高校毕业生充分就业、做好毕业生就业工作切实可行的道路,站在高校的角度,从转变思想、落实行动、引导学生、依托校友等方面对拓宽高校毕业生就业门路的主要经验和做法进行总结,并就其中存在的问题进行分析,探讨解决的方法。 Broadening possible channels for employment of college graduates is a feasible way to promote sufficient employment and fulfill the duty of relevant college departments.This article summarizes,from colleges’perspective,the main methods and practices to broaden graduates’employment channels by guiding and changing their life and career values.It also analyzes the possible difficulties to be encountered and workable solutions to employment problems.
