摘　　要： 随着高等教育改革与发展的深入,高校和政府日益重视校友资源的开发与管理。以校友资源的开发与管理为研究对象,阐述高校校友资源开发和管理的现状,以广东高校为例,着重调查与研究广东高校校友资源开发与利用的特点,分析影响广东高校校友资源开发和管理的因素,对校友资源开发与管理的价值作了系统阐述。最后,在系统分析的基础上提出开发和管理高校校友资源的具体措施,以促进高校校友资源的深层次开发,推进我国高校校友资源开发与管理工作走向良性发展。 With the deepening reform and development of higher education, universities and governments have increasingly attached importance to the development and management of alumni resources.This paper takes the development and management of alumni resources as the research object, expounds the situation of the development and management of alumni resources in colleges. Taking Guangdong universities for examples, focusing on the investigation and research on the characteristics of the development and utilization of alumni resources. Analyzing the development and management factors of alumni resources in Guangdong universities and elaborating the development and management value of alumni resource. Finally, on the basis of systematic analysis, the paper puts forward specific measures to develop and manage the resources of universities alumni, in order to promote the deep development of alumni resources and promote alumni resources development and management in China toward a virtuous development.
