摘　　要： 社会治理是我国中国特色社会主义事业的重要方面。进入新时代,习近平总书记对社会治理问题给予足够地重视,提出了具有现实意义和理论价值的新观点,形成了习近平关于社会治理重要论述。其理论逻辑可概括为由谁领导、依靠谁治、为了谁治、怎么治理、效果怎么样等五个方面,集中体系了理论构建的时代性、思想观念的创新性、价值追求的人民性,深刻地把握了社会发展规律,开创了新时代社会治理工作的新局面。 Social governance is an important aspect of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,general secretary Xi Jinping paid enough attention to the issue of social governance,and put forward new ideas with practical significance and theoretical value,forming his important discussion on social governance.The theoretical logic can be summarized into five aspects:"Who leads?","Who governs?","For whom governs?","How to govern?",and"What's the effect?".It embodies the times of theoretical construction,the innovation of ideas and the people's pursuit of value.It follows the social development principles and blazes a trail for social governance in a new era.
