摘　　要： 吕祖谦的《大事记》与黄式三的《周季编略》皆为研究战国史的经典之作。在史料运用方面,《周季编略》对《大事记》的史料多有取法与辨析。在史学体例方面,《大事记》与《周季编略》在纪年、称名、记事、史注上存有差异。在史学理念方面,《周季编略》在采用《大事记》史学观点的基础上,传承了《大事记》的"蓄德"说,然而在史学价值上,则从《大事记》的经世致用发展为《周季编略》的重现周德。从《大事记》到《周季编略》亦展现了浙东学派学术的曲折嬗变:从凸显儒学到兼容诸子,从以史明理到以礼考史,对"奇"范畴的重视和强化。 Chronicle by Lv Zuqian and A Brief Compilation of Zhou Ji by Huang Shisan are classics in the research of the history of the Warring States. In terms of historical facts use, A Brief Compilation of Zhou Ji takes some facts from Chronicle. In terms of historical style, A Brief Compilation of Zhou Ji and Chronicle have some differences in chronology, names, record of events and history note. In terms of historical philosophy, A Brief Compilation of Zhou Ji heritages the theory of morality storage of Chronicle. However, in terms of historical value, the statecraft emphasized by Chronicle develops into the recurrence of Zhou morality emphasized by A Brief Compilation of Zhou Ji. The development from Chronicle to A Brief Compilation of Zhou Ji shows the academic evolution of East Zhejiang School from paying attention to Confucianism to harmonizing different thoughts and from understanding the reason by history to researching the history by ritual studies.
