摘　　要： 随着高校的扩招,大学生就业形势变得愈为严峻,就业过程中发生的成本变化也愈来愈引起社会的关注.从狭义上看,大学生就业成本主要指大学生从寻求工作到成功应聘这段特定时间内,为就业而支付的所有费用之和,主要包括五大方面:制作简历、形象包装、考证培训、交通费、公关费用等开销.在现阶段,高就业成本已经成为影响高校大学生就业的一个新问题.对大学生就业成本形成的原因进行了分析,对如何降低大学生就业成本从规范就业市场、完善服务体系、转变就业观念、优化就业服务等方面进行了探讨. s:With the expansion of Chinese higher education enrollment, more and more graduates have been poured into the labor market.
