摘　　要： 随着新媒体技术的发展,传统指标已经不能满足论文综合影响力的评价要求,为了更科学合理地反映论文质量和影响力,更好地体现科研绩效评价功能。文章通过对学术影响力指标和社交媒体影响力指标分析,特别是引用了2015年Altmetric. com公司发布的10篇高Altmetrics指标论文作为实例分析,并且结合其它类型的评价指标,最终构建了论文综合影响力的评价体系。经过论文比较计算,我们发现:新媒体时代Altmetrics指标在论文评价中发挥着越来越重要的社交媒体影响力;被引量、期刊影响因子和期刊排名仍然是论文综合影响力的决定因素;定量分析与同行评议相结合的综合评价将成为未来发展的重要趋势。 With the development of new media technology, traditional indicators cant meet the evaluation requirements of thesis g com- prehensive influence. In order to better reflect the quality and influence, and better reflect the performance evaluation of scientific re- search. Through analyzing the academic influence indicators and social media influence indicators, especially taking 10 papers with high Ahmetrics indicator from Ahmeric. com published in 2015 as examples and combining with other types of evaluation indicators, this paper finally constructed the evaluation systems of comprehensive influence about thesis. After comparative calculation, we found that： Almetrics indicators are playing more and more important role in social media influence in the new media age. Cited quantity, im- pact factor and journal rank are still the determinant factors of comprehensive influence about thesis. Comprehensive evaluation of quan- titative analysis and peer review will be an important trend for future development. 12 refs.
