摘　　要： 本文首先利用网络调研了国内具有代表性的几所石油类院校图书馆,通过分析其数字资源在Web2.0环境下的建设现状及特点,树立起"用户参与"数字资源建设的核心理念。其次基于数字资源建设的方式和内容,规划了Web2.0环境下我国高校图书馆开展数字资源建设的框架流程。最后针对石油类院校图书馆数字资源建设提出了几点建议,希望有助于提高我国高校图书馆的数字资源建设水平。 At first the paper investigates several Petroleum university libraries in China through the network, analyzing the current situation and the character about their library digital resources under Web2.0 network environment, establishing the core ideas of ＂User Participation＂ about the digital resources. Next the paper bases on the methods and content about the digital resources construction, planning the framework processes of the digital resources construction under Web2.0 network environment. In the end the paper gives some suggestions about the digital resources construction of Petroleum university library, hope to improve the level of digital resources construction in Chinese university library.
