摘　　要： 校务公开自实施以来,成为高校重要事务之一,它是学校民主政治建设、民主管理的重要内容,同时也是教职工、学生知情权、参与权得到维护的重要体现。但是它在实施过程中存在一些问题,对校务公开的认识不够、制度有待完善、校务监督效果有限,针对以上存在的问题,本文提出三个建议。 Transparency in university affairs become one of the important affairs since it implement. it is a school democratic political construction, the important content of democratic management, and also the reflection of making university affairs under scrutiny by teachers and students, providing with access to university affairs.But there are some problems in the implementation process. The understanding of the transparency in university affairs is not enough. The system needs to be perfect. The administrative supervision effect is limited. Therefore, aiming at the problems above, this paper puts forward three Suggestions.
