摘　　要： 本文基于《刑法修正案九(草案)》对行贿罪所做的修改进行分析,高度肯定新增规定对于行贿罪立法完善的重大意义。但是也对目前草案关于行贿罪罚金刑的规定进行了相关思考,建议对行贿罪的罚金刑适用倍比罚金制。 In this paper, the adaptation to the bribery item in Criminal Law Amendment 9（draft） has been analyzed, and the author fully acknowledged the significance of the new rules for perfecting the bribery legislation. But also, the author gives much relevant thinking to the fine punishment of the crime of offering bribes amended in the current draft and suggests that the fine punishment is applicable to the penalty system in proportion.
