摘 要: 教师课程实施的观念与行为变革需要经过理解概念、尝试实践到形成自主创新行为三个水平,并要通过改变教师的需要与动机,借助于行为训练或可操作的程序性说明得以实现。教师课程实施观念与行为变革在教师的课程知识观、师生关系观和课程方案观等三个重要维度上各有其特点。教师课程实施观念与行为变革要求采用严格真实执行和自主专业发展的策略。 The conceptual and behavioral transformation of the curriculum implementation cover three stages: understanding of the concepts involved, trials and attempts, and the formation of the automatic innovation. This process has to be accomplished through the change of the teachers' demands and motivations with the help of the behavioral training and the operating manual. This transformation is distinctive in the following three aspects: teachers' information about the curriculum, the relationship between teacher and students, and teacher's design of the curriculum. The accomplishment of this conversion requires the strict performance of the automatic innovation.
