摘　　要： 多元文化背景下,文化移情作为一种有效的交际策略在跨文化交际中备受关注。由于交际双方语言、文化背景以及思维方式等不同,常常因为移情缺位或移情过度而造成跨文化交际障碍。鉴于此,在跨文化交际中,为发挥文化移情的正能量,有必要加强自身的文化语感体验,激发文化移情意识;超越本土文化羁绊,自觉进行文化移情认知;克服民族中心主义的文化偏见,提升文化移情能力;加强对他国文化的理解,减少文化移情障碍。 Under multi- cultural background,cultural empathy,an effective communicative strategy,receives great attention in intercultural communication. Because of the communicators' different language,cultural background and thinking way,insufficient or excessive empathy often results in communication barriers. Therefore,for developing the positive energy of cultural empathy,it's necessary to strengthen language sense experience of self- culture to arouse cultural empathy consciousness,transcend the fetter of local culture to conduct cultural empathy cognition consciously,overcome the culture prejudice of ethnocentrism to improve the ability of cultural empathy,enhance the understanding of other countries to reduce the barrier of cultural empathy.
