摘　　要： 在深化改革和发展社会主义市场经济的条件下 ,共产党员应努力解决从“思想上”入党的问题。怎样努力从思想上入党呢 ?增强党员的理想、信念意识是解决新形势下党员从思想上入党问题的前提 ; Under the condition of deepening reformation and developing socialist market economy,the members of Communist Party should make effort to solve the question of joining the Party 'in mind'.The premise to solve the question is to heighten party members' ideal and faith,and the key is to heighten their aim Conciousness.
