摘　　要： 创业融资普遍存在融资难、融资贵,采用分阶段里程碑式融资策略,实现创业融资与创业进程相隅合,可以有效地抑制投资者的风险预期,降低创业公司的融资成本,有效地控制股权释放节奏,实现创业者控制权最大化。 Venture financing is often very difficult and expensive. To achieve entrepreneur’s maximization of control power, it is advised to adopt multi-stage milestone financing tactics, to adapt the venture financing to the entrepreneurial process, to effectively lower the investor’s risk expectation, to reduce the financing cost and manipulate effectively the equity release speed.
