摘 要: 该研究基于一次全国性英语教学竞赛类实践,从实践者的亲历角度出发,采用叙事探究的方法,运用"教师发展成因关联模型",分析大学英语教师如何通过自我建构和实践共同体的协同合作,摸索职业发展方向,探讨大学英语教师的发展之路。 With"the interconnected model of professional growth"as the framework,this paper explores college EFL teachers'professional development through a narrative inquiry of a college EFL teacher's experience in a nationwide teaching contest,namely"Star Teacher"Contest,finding that a teacher's self-reconstruction and cooperation of a community of practice provide a feasible way of professional development.
