摘　　要： 针对高职英语教育专业学生职业竞争力不尽人意的现实,文章提出要从英语教学能力、班级管理能力、综合素质、科研意识和职业生涯规划五个方面构建培训体系,全面提升学生的职业竞争力。 Aiming at the fact that the career competence of the English Education majors in higher voca-tional colleges is not satisfactory, the article puts forwards that training system should be constructed in fiveaspects such as English teaching ability, class management ability, comprehensive quality, scientific researchability and career planning so as to improve the students＇ career competence.
