摘　　要： 唐前志怪小说研究近年来渐渐引起人们的关注,取得了颇为可喜的成绩,但人们的眼光往往局限于宗教方面,鲜少有从儒家思想角度着眼探讨的。儒家思想以实用理性为根本,反对荒诞不经的神鬼怪异之说,不仅直接影响了唐前志怪小说的形态,也在客观上阻碍了小说文体的发展。 The research of Records about Strange or Supernatural Events before Tang Dynasty gradually arouse people＇s interest in recent years, and we have obtained some quite encouraging result, but people are often limited to the religious aspect, few people discuss this problem from the Confucianists angle. In view of this fact, here I＇ll try to analyze the Confucianists＇ novel view and its influence on Records about Strange or Supernatural Events beforeTang dynasty from the Confucianists practical rationality and its novel view, and combine modern novel idea, to understand the novel of that time and this kind of literary style.
