摘　　要： 本文通过对广东轻工职业技术学院在校学生的课余时间利用情况进行问卷调查,分析了高职学生课余时间利用的现状及存在问题,针对性地提出通过引导学生合理规划时间,进行专门的时间管理训练,提高学生时间管理能力,开展专业相关课余活动等措施提高高职学生课余时间的利用率,促进高职教育人才培养质量的提高。 through a questionnaire survey on the utilization of the spare time of students in Guangdong Industry Technical College,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the use of extracurricular time in Higher Vocational College,and puts forward the aim of improving students' time management by guiding students to plan their time reasonably and to carry out special time management training.Efforts should be made to carry out professional related extracurricular activities and other measures to improve the utilization ratio of vocational students after school hours,and promote the improvement of the quality of higher vocational education personnel training.
