摘　　要： CEO出身是否影响创业企业技术创新?现有研究忽略CEO职业背景的影响力。整合管理认知理论和高阶理论探讨CEO职业背景对创业企业技术创新的影响和影响的边界条件。在将职业背景划分为"热认知职业背景"和"冷认知职业背景"基础上,文章基于482家创业板上市公司数据得出结论:CEO热认知职业背景对创业企业技术创新有显著的正向影响;CEO冷认知职业背景对创业企业技术创新有显著的负向影响;机构持股比例调节着CEO热认知职业背景和创业企业技术创新之间的关系,但无法调节CEO冷认知职业背景和创业企业技术之间的关系;两职合一调节着CEO职业背景和创业企业技术创新之间的关系。这一研究为创业企业股权结构调整及高管团队的优化提供借鉴意义,也为创业企业技术创新研究提供一个新的视角。 Does the origins of CEOs affect the technological innovation of start-up enterprises？ The existing researches ignore the influence of CEOs＇ career background. This paper analyzes the influence of CEO＇s career background on technological innovation of start-ups and its boundary conditions by integrating management cognitive theory and upper echelons theory. On the basis of dividing the career background into ＂hot cognitive career background＂and ＂cool cognitive career background＂,this paper draws the conclusions based on the data of 482 listed companies on the Growth Enterprise Market： The CEO＇s hot career background has a significant positive impact on technological innovation of start-ups; The CEO＇s cool career background has a significant negative impact on technological innovation of start-ups; The proportion of institutional holdings moderates the relationship between the CEO＇s hot cognitive career background and technological innovation of the start-ups,but it can not moderate the relationship between cool cognitive career background and technological innovation of the start-ups; The combination of ownership and control moderates the relationship between the CEO＇s career background and technological innovation of start-ups. This research provides a significant reference for the adjustment of ownership structure of start-up enterprises and the optimization of senior management team,as well as a new perspective for the research of the technological innovation of start-up enterprises.
