摘　　要： 针对森工企业应急管理中无法快速有效使用和查找应急文档的问题,基于知识元链接技术,构建森工企业应急管理预案,为森工企业应对突发事件时有效使用应急文档提供一种新的途径。通过文档结构化分析,提取应急文档的知识元。利用RDF对知识元进行整合分析,建立语义关联,完成对知识元关系的抽取。最后通过知识元链接,设计了森工企业应急管理预案。研究结果可指导森工企业应急实践,也为森工企业应急管理可视化设计奠定基础。 For the problem of Emergency Management for forestry enterprises can not be quickly and efficiently use and find emergency document, it provides a new way to build forestry enterprises Emergency Management Plans based on the knowledge element linking technology that forestry enterprises effectively respond to emergen- cies emergency document Through structured analysis for the document, extract the knowledge element of emer- gency document .Using the kDF to perform an integrated analysis for the knowledge element, build the semantic relevance for completing the extraction of the relationship between the knowledge elements. Finally, through the knowledge element linking design plans for emergency management of forestry enterprises. On the one hand, the results of this study can guide emergency practice of forestry enterprises; on the other hand it has laid a foundation for the visual design of the emergency management of forestry enterprises.
