摘　　要： 生态产业链是我国国有林区解决传统经济发展问题,实现经济和生态共同发展的有效途径。针对林业生态产业链稳定性堪忧问题,文章首先论述了林业生态产业链的结构与特征,明确了林业生态产业链的独特内涵和外延。以此为基础,分析林业生态产业链稳定性的表现,并将其划分为内部稳定性和外部稳定性两类。内部稳定性从物质流稳定性、生态稳定性等两个角度出发选择筛选指标,外部稳定性从合作共生稳定性和竞争稳定性等两个角度出发选择筛选指标,进而构建了林业生态产业链稳定性评价指标体系。对深入认识、理解林业生态产业链稳定性问题提供理论依据,并为维护林业生态产业链稳定提供实践指导。 This paper study on the question of stability of forestry ecological industrial chain. In view of the forestry ecological industrial chain is stability problem, this paper first discusses the structure and characteristics of the forest- ry ecological industrial chain, clear the unique connotation and denotation of the forestry ecological industrial chain. On this basis, the analysis of the stability of the forestry ecological industrial chain, and can be divided into two categories, internal stability and external stability. Internal stability from the stability of material flow, ecological view selection screening two indexes such as stability, external stability from symbiosis stability of cooperation and competition two Angle selection screening indexes such as stability, then build the evaluation index system of forest- ry ecological industry chain stability. In this paper, the deep understanding and the understanding of the forestry ecological industrial chain provide theoretical basis for the stability problem, and to safeguard the forestry ecological industrial chain and stable direction and practical guidance for the practice.
