摘　　要： 私募股权基金作为资本市场一种广为运用的成熟工具,但在运作过程中风险重重,给市场和投资者造成负面影响。从私募股权基金监管的必要性入手,深入分析私募股权基金的监管目标和监管原则,为私募股权基金监管寻求理论依据。 Private equity fund,as a mature tool widely used by capital market,is risky in the process of operation,which has a negative impact on the market and investors.This paper,starting from the necessity of private equity fund supervision,makes an in-depth analysis towards the supervisory goals and principles of private equity fund,seeks the theory basis for private equity fund supervision;combining with the supervisory goals and principles.
