摘　　要： 陈元中教授著《中国共产党执政文化建设研究》率先对执政文化进行了界定,总结了中国共产党执政文化建设的实践成果,提出了从执政思想文化、执政组织文化、执政制度文化、执政行为文化四个维度加强中国共产党执政文化建设的思路和建议等,拓展了中国化马克思主义执政理论研究的内容和广度,是一部有新意和颇具特色的研究探索之作。 The ruling culture is firstly defined in Chen Zhongyuan＇s On the Construction of CPC＇s Ruling Culture , in which achievements made in the con-struction of CPCs ruling culture are summed up and proposals for promoting the conslruction of CPCs ruling culture are put forward in four dimensions： ideolog-ical ruling culture, organizational ruling culture, institutional ruling culture, and behavior ruling culture. This book enriches the contents of and expands the scope of research on Chinese Marxist ruling theory. It is regarded as a masterpiece with innovative ideas and distinguishing features in doing researches.
