摘　　要： 通过对2022年我国冬奥会知识产权在互联网中可能出现的侵权行为进行分析,发现:互联网中侵犯奥林匹克知识产权的形式主要分为非商业目的使用中的不规范行为和商业目的使用中的侵权行为;互联网中知识产权侵权行为具有隐蔽性、技术性、难于取证、时效性和周期性等特点。据此提出以下建议:建立、完善奥林匹克知识产权的协商解决机制、行政保护机制和司法保护机制;加强奥林匹克知识产权保护的宣传力度;采用行政指导方式,引导互联网行业积极抵制虚假信息。 The paper analyses the infringement of intellectual right of 2022 China＇s Winter Olympic on internet and points out that in online infringement of intellectual right of 2022 China＇s Winter Olympic mainly include improper behavior without commercial purposes and infringement behavior with commercial purposes. The online infringement is hard to de- tect and collect evidence. It is featured with technology usage and limited effective period. The paper proposes to establish and improve the negotiation system, administrative protection and judicial protection system of the intellectual property right of Olympic Games, strengthen the publicity of intellectual property right of Olympic Games and guide the internet industry to resist the false information.
