摘　　要： 北京奥运会后,我国体育事业如何在科学发展观指导下持续健康地发展,已成为全国体育界高度关注的议题。江苏省在我国率先提出建设体育强省,其建设经验对我国建设体育强国具有借鉴价值。采用文献资料、逻辑分析和调查法探讨了江苏创建体育强省的内涵、标准,取得的成就,存在的差距。研究结果表明:江苏群众体育成绩斐然,体育人口比率位居全国前列,国民体质综合指数位居国内榜首,在全国第一个高标准实现"村村有体育场地设施"目标;竞技体育实力增强,位居国内前列;体育彩票销量连续五年全国第一。 Sports undertakings highly pay close attention to the subject that how to steadily and healthily develop in China under the guidance of scientific outlook of development after Beijing O- lympic Games. Jiangsu province first proposed to develop powerful sports province from which build- ing power sports nation has drawn value. The article explores the intention, characteristics, target, achievement, existing problems, and index sign system of developing powerful sports province in Jiangsu by literature, logical analysis and survey. The results showed that the achievement of sports is splendid, sports population ratio lies in front row and rank of whole nation, comprehensive expo- nent of citizen trophoplasm lies in front row and rank in China. It first highly actualizes the aim that there are sport place and facilities at every village; The real strength of competitive sports enhances and lies in front row and rank in whole nation ; The sales of sports lottery ticket has been No. 1 for 5 years in whole nation.
