摘 要: 高星级酒店基层员工总体平均满意度低。在影响满意度的主要因素中,薪酬与满意度呈正相关,管理、群体、工作、晋升与满意度之间线性相关性不显著。酒店应建立合理的晋升机制,关心员工的职业生涯发展,给员工参与、学习与成长的机会,建立合理的薪酬体系,物质激励和精神激励并重,做好有效的双向沟通,提高员工满意度。 At present, the high turnover rate of employees is ubiquitous in hotels in our country. The basic reason is the low satisfaction degree of employees, then the employees are short of the sense of belonging to ho- tels. In the case of the intense competition, the hotels must try every means to increase the satisfaction degree of employees, retain the talented people, train the staffs sense of belonging to the enterprise, and thus realize the people-oriented management. Through taking the form of questionnaire survey, this essay puts to the correlation test on the main factors influencing the basic-level employees' satisfaction by using the econometric software Eviews. On this basis, it brings up some special recommendations and strategies to enhance employees' satisfac- tion.
