推拉理论视角下粤东西北乡村小学教师定向培养路径与问题——以广东省H师范大学为例

摘  要: 定向培养乡村小学教师是广东省为振兴粤东西北地区、促进全省教师教育供给侧结构性改革而推行的重要教育战略。作为广东省师范教育改革与发展的领军力量,H师范大学自觉担当起培养定向师范生的重责,旨在为粤东西北地区乡村小学输送优质的师资力量。H师范大学从建构以全科为导向的一体化课程体系入手,突出人工智能技术加持,融合当地历史文化和红色文化资源,创设独具特色的乡村小学教师定向培养体系,从而增强定向师范生“下得去、留得住、教得好、有发展”的拉力因素。如能正视其中所存有的若干症结,则可使定向师范生真正融入乡村小学教育事业。 Targeted training of rural primary school teachers is an important educational strategy implemented by Guangdong Province.The purpose of the strategy is to revitalize the eastern and northwestern regions of Guangdong and promote the supply-side structural reform of teacher education in the province.H Normal University,as a leading force in the reform and development of normal education in Guangdong Province,consciously assumes the heavy responsibility of cultivating targeted normal students,and aims to provide high-quality teachers for rural primary schools in the eastern and northwestern regions of Guangdong.To this end,H Normal University starts with the construction of an integrated curriculum system oriented towards the whole discipline,highlights the support of artificial intelligence technology,integrates local historical and cultural resources,and creates a unique targeted training system for rural primary school teachers,to enhance the pulling force factor of“being able to go,stay,teach well,and develop”for directional normal school students.If we can face up to some of the problems,we can make directional normal students truly integrate into rural primary education.
