摘　　要： "一带一路"倡议下,国际商务人才不仅要具有外显的商务知识和技能,更要具有内在的主动学习与创新思维能力。高校国际商务人才培养要正视当前国际商务人才培养的不足,以综合能力素质培养为核心,培养高素质、复合型、应用型国际商务人才。 Under the "the belt and road" initiative,international business talents should not only have explicit business knowledge and skills,but also have internal independent learning and innovative thinking.Based with the comprehensive ability and quality,university international business should cultivate high-quality and applied international business talents.
