GC法同时测定广藿香中21种有机氯类农药残留量

摘  要: 目的建立同时测定广藿香中21种有机氯类农药残留量的气相色谱法,并对不同来源的21批广藿香中有机氯类农药残留量进行测定。方法样品经过有机溶剂超声提取及磺化处理,采用GC外标法,色谱柱为Agilent CP-Sil 24CB毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),进样口温度为240℃,ECD检测器温度为300℃,程序升温,进样量为1μL,不分流进样。结果 21种有机氯类农药分离度良好,在0.75~108.5μg·L-1范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。三水平添加平均回收率为71.9%~119.5%。RSD为1.28%~2.41%。21批广藿香中12批样品检出有机氯类农药残留,含量范围为0.005~0.093 mg·kg-1。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于广藿香中21种有机氯类农药残留量的同时测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 21 kinds oforganochlorine pesticide residues in Pogostemon cablin by gas chromatography(GC) and to determine the organochlorine pesticide residues from 21 batches of pogostemon cablin from different sources. METHODS The sampleswere ultrasonic extracted with organic solvents and purified by sulfonation. the GC external standard method was used.The column was Agilent CP-Sil 24 CB capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm) and the inlet temperature was 240 ℃,ECD was used as detector with a temperature of 300 ℃,which made the temperature risegradually. The volume was 1 μL by a non-split injection. RESULTS Good resolution was obtained for 21 organochlorine pesticides.In the range of 0.75 to 108.5 μg·L-1,there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and the peak area.The average recoveries were between 71.9% to 119.5% at three spiked levels,the RSD were at 1.28% to 2.41%.0.005 to 0.093 mg·kg-1of organochlorine pesticide residues were detected in 12 batches samples from the 21 batches of pogostemon cablin samples.No residues were found in the other samples. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of 21 organochlorine pesticide residues in pogostemon cablin.
