摘　　要： 近年来，“大学生就业难”已经成为突出的社会问题，随着高校进一步扩招，就业形势也越来越严峻。2008年岁末席卷全球的金融危机，无疑又让大学生就业雪上加霜。究其原因，主要是人才培养与市场需求脱节的影响、高校扩招和大学生就业指导措施不力等。笔者认为，要较好解决大学生就业难问题，普通高校就必须调整办学理念和模式。为大学生提供专业化就业服务，完善政府的公共服务平台，开展专业技能岗位对接培训。 These years, college students＇ dilemma of unemployment has become a conspicuous social problem. As the college enlarging its recruitment students,the employment situation is more difficult than ever before. The monetary crisis which exploded in the end of 2008 made the employment situation felt like one disaster after another undoubtedly, which due to the disjoint between talent cultivation and market requirement,college enlarging recruitment students and the ineffective measures for the employment guidance. To better relieve the employment dilemma, the author believe that firstly the college have to adjust its teaching belief and teaching mode, offering professional employment service for the students. Besides, the government should consummate public service platform, and evolve post trainings to cater to technical skill.
