摘　　要： 日本是"一带一路"最东边的起点,也是中国最重要的贸易伙伴之一。珠海市日资企业数量众多,珠三角地区更是对日语专业人才有着强烈的需求。在这种背景下,改革珠海市日语人才的培养路径显得格外重要,在对日语人才进行培养时应抓住这一发展机遇,及时对日语人才培养过程中存在的不足做出相应的改善,从而为国家"一带一路"发展培养更多优秀的人才。以北京理工大学珠海学院商务日语专业人才培养模式改革为切入点,以珠海市中日校企友好协会平台为基础,对珠海市日语专业人才培养模式改革进行系统性的探索,以期提高学生的综合能力,适应市场对日语专业人才需求的变化。 Japan is the most eastern starting point of the “Belt and Road” and one of China s most important trade partners. There are a large number of Japanese-funded enterprises in Zhuhai, and a strong demand for Japanese professionals in the Pearl River Delta region. In this context, it is particularly important to reform the training path of Japanese talents in Zhuhai City. In the training of Japanese talents, this development opportunity should be seized to improve the shortcomings in the Japanese talent training process to train more outstanding talents for the country s “One Belt, One Road” development. This paper takes the reform of business Japanese professional talent training mode of Zhuhai College of Beijing Institute of Technology as the starting point, based on the platform of Zhuhai Sino-Japanese School-enterprise Friendship Association, and plans to systematically explore the training mode of Japanese professional talents in Zhuhai City in order to improve students comprehensive ability to adapt to changes in the market demand for Japanese professionals.
