摘　　要： 现代社会对人的工作素质要求在变化,企业对人才的需求也不再是只满足上岗要求的岗位技能,而是走向适应社会发展的综合素质。思想政治理论课教学承担着培养学生做人的基本素质的任务,同样可以按照基于工作过程的教学理念进行教学项目的设计和课程开发的探索,为高职各专业人才培养目标的实现以及高职学生成长成才和终身发展打下坚实的基础。 The requirements of modern society on the work quality is changing,the demand of enterprise to talented person is also no longer only satisfy the requirements of the mount guard post skills,but to adapt to the social development of the comprehensive quality.Ideological and political theory course teaching to undertake the basic quality of the students,also can be in accordance with the working process based on the teaching idea to carry out teaching project design and the exploration of curriculum development,lay a solid foundation for the achievement of higher vocational talents training,and higher vocational students' growth and success and lifelong development.
