摘 要: 焦虑是一种情绪状态,是一种平静的心情受到威胁而被激起的状态。克服焦虑的最好办法就是直接面对危险,战胜焦虑,通过人为制造一些危险环境,采取一些有效的行为训练手段,使大学生增强勇气和自信心,培养勇敢精神,克服焦虑心理,战胜自我,从而达到遇到危险时,临危不惧、英勇善战、冷静思考、指挥若定的过硬本领。拓展训练,既是技能的磨练,更是勇气和胆量的砺练。 Anxiety is an emotional state, and a calm mood threatened aroused state.
