摘　　要： 在抗战时期的国民参政会上,参政员们在前期主要围绕如何领导东北人民进行抗战的问题、在后期主要围绕如何收复东北的问题提出了许多提案。这些提案内容丰富,强烈地表达了“打回老家去”的思想,也一定程度上影响到了国民政府对东北的政策,这表明国民参政会对东北问题给予了很多关注,在抗日战争时期发挥了一定程度的积极作用。不过从总体来看,国民政府对提案的态度还不够积极,国民参政会在推动东北抗战方面的作用还是有限的。 On National Political Assembly, members set out lots of proposals, which were centered on ＂how to lead northeast＇s resistant war＂ during the early stage of the Anti-Japanese War and ＂how to recover the Northeast＂ during the late stage. These proposals, most of which according with the Northeast of China, involve every aspect to Northeast of China. Though only some of them were adopted, they had produced important effect on the Government of Republic of China＇s policy toward Northeast of China. However, the Government of Republic of China＇s attitude toward these proposals was generally not very positive, consequently, the effect of The National Political Assembly on Northeast＇s resistant war against Japan was limited.
